Everfield Community Park
Enjoy the picturesque views of The Grant during a relaxing picnic in the pavilion or rolling lawns of this traditional community park. Everfield Park includes a picnic pavilion, disc golf, dog park and performance area.
The Grant Trail System
Streams with bridges, forests and meadows, varied and steep terrain all make The Grant Trail System perfect for experienced bikers and hikers alike. Home to various adventure races, there is fun for the whole family waiting.

Grant Family Campground
The Grant Family Campground is a walk-in tent site featuring seven family-size tent pads. During the day, the expansive woodlands provide opportunities for hiking, nature exploration and wildlife watching. Then spend your evenings roasting marshmallows and sharing stories around the campfire.
Willowsford Farm at The Grant
Willowsford Farm at The Grant is currently used for vegetable production and cover crops, like sunflowers, for soil improvement. Future plans for The Grant may include a market.
Willowsford Farm at The Grange
Willowsford Farm at The Grange is currently the base of Willowsford Farm operations. Here, you will find vegetable crops, goats, chickens and honey bees. A trail loop around the Farm offers an inside look at all that’s grown at Willowsford. The Farm grows over 100 varieties of vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers.
Bear Barn Tree House
Hidden along the Broad Run Overlook Trail you’ll find the Bear Barn Tree House. No bears around—but the kids will roar with laughter and excitement.
The Grange Trail System
The trails in The Grange will take you on a journey around The Farm and along Broad Run Overlook. With streamside views, boardwalks and bridges and moderate terrain, The Grange Trail System is perfect for hikers and nature lovers. Look up and you may find a fun tree house!

Winston’s Walkabout Dog Park
Let man’s best friend run free in this 2+ acre private dog park with plenty of grassy open space, rolling hills and even a dog-friendly water fountain!
Farm Garden & Market Stand
The Willowsford Farm Garden and Farm Stand serve as a hub of the community. From May through November, the Farm Stand offers fresh produce, fruits and herbs from Willowsford Farm along with other products from local purveyors. CSA members (Community Supported Agriculture) can pick up their vegetable, egg, milk, poultry, flower and many other shares each week at the Farm Stand. Residents enjoy educational workshops, community pot lucks and volunteer outings (Happy Gardening Hour) during the growing season.
Sycamore House is one of Willowsford’s two historically inspired recreation centers. Evocative of a countryside manor, the Sycamore House has a teaching kitchen, gathering rooms, fitness studio, formal gardens and performance stage.
Sycamore House Pool
This resort-style swimming pool features playful fountains, relaxing cabanas and a fun children’s swim area. Cheer on our very own Willowsford Waves swim team. Residents can enjoy the pool seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Bloomfield Community Garden
If you’re a garden enthusiast, have a green thumb, or have always wanted to learn more about horticulture, then our community garden is for you. Join your friends and neighbors in learning, socializing and growing your very own veggies, fruits and herbs right in your neighborhood.

Paddock Gate Park
One of Willowsford’s many parks, this section of The Grange features a spacious lawn for gatherings, events and plenty of recreation.
The Grove Trail System
Enjoy the wooded trails of The Grove! The winding trails weave through the village connecting amenities with homes. The trails feature boardwalks and stream crossings with wildlife around every corner.

Willow Grove Pond & Splash Park (Fall 2019)
Willowsford’s newest community amenity is being designed as part of the Willow Grove Park. An interactive splashpad will offer cool summertime fun and frolicking for the little ones, while parents enjoy the view of Willow Grove Pond.
Tall Cedars Tot Lot
This pocket park is ideal for easy access and fun. Just one of the many pocket parks sprouting up at Willowsford.
Pin Oak Community Park
A daffodil meadow and natural pond are just some of the highlights of this picturesque park, designed to bring the community closer together with a picnic pavilion and playground.
Overlook Knoll Park
This shady knoll overlooking a branch of Lenah Run provides the perfect environment for picnicking and play. The park features a mini zip-line and various adventure bridges arranged in a circuit surrounding a wooded picnic area.
Twin Ponds Park
Enjoy the beautiful, vast views of two ponds within The Grove village.
Swart Farmstead Historical Park
This Willowsford park highlights the remaining foundations of a farmstead that belonged to Adrian and Martha Swart in the second half of the 1800s. Excavation and research helped Willowsford reveal how the Swarts - a prosperous farm family - worked and lived. The Swart Farmstead is a historical site that Willowsford felt strongly about preserving in order to help tell the story of the land we live on.

The Lodge at Willow Lake
In an exceptional setting that links the villages of The Grove and The Greens, The Lodge at Willow Lake is a vibrant recreation area that embodies the active, natural lifestyle offered by Willowsford. The Lodge features a teaching kitchen, state-of-the-art fitness facility, yoga lawn, gathering rooms, event patio and bocce courts.
The Boat House Information Center
Located in our Greens Village, The Boat House welcomes visitors with idyllic views of Willow Lake and a welcoming back porch. Stop by from 10am-5pm for a cup of coffee, a sweet treat and to learn more about Willowsford.
Willow Lake Recreation Area
Residents can enjoy passive and active outdoor activities overlooking beautiful Willow Lake. Brush up on your horseshoe and volleyball skills, enjoy the vast sports fields for soccer and tag or simply relax with a picnic in our grill and playground area.
The Lodge Pool
As a complement to The Lodge at Willow Lake, the Lodge pool is a large complex, including a resort-style pool with a separate splash park. Cabanas line the pool, sitting above the lake to offer an inviting panorama from the terraced sun deck. Enjoyed by residents and their guests from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Willow Lake was preserved by Willowsford as a centerpiece for The Greens. Borrow a canoe or kayak from the boat storage shed for some fishing, sit on the dock to watch the sunset, or reenergize with a walk around the 2+ acre lake.
Grassland Community Park
At Grassland Community Park residents can enjoy views of Bull Run Mountain from the observation post atop two sledding hills. Residents can bring their pups to the dog park and walk the Ginko Grove. This area is a natural playground no matter how many legs you have!
Julia Jackson Pond & Park
Conveniently located off Grassland Grove, Julia Jackson Park is focused on open space and a picturesque pond, making this quiet park the perfect place for some rest and relaxation.
Dahlia Manor Park
This quaint park features a playground, wildflower meadow and boardwalk along a quiet pond. You’ll truly be able to immerse yourself into nature at Dahlia Manor Park.
Willowsford Farm at The Greens
Willowsford Farm at The Greens manages over 300 acres of Willowsford Conservancy land. Farmland in The Greens-the largest single location of The Farm-will be used to raise livestock.
Cedar Pond & Pavilion
Nestled in the woods with easy access from the trail and nearby campsite, Cedar Pond is ideal for watching wildlife, fishing and picnicking. Rustic Cedar Pond Pavilion features Conservancy programs, educational events and can be rented by Residents for small events.
The recreational archery range features 10 lanes with covered targets at distances of 10 to 60 yards. Residents can contact the Willowsford Archery Club to join the club and practice at the range.
Greens Trail System
The trails in The Greens feature agricultural fields, forest, meadows, wetlands, stream crossings and scenic views of Bull Run. They intertwine between many parks and natural ponds making it an ideal place for families to explore.

Poplar Pond will be stocked for fishing with surrounding open space, wooden footbridge, picnic area and the trailhead to Willowsford’s longest trail system.
This multi-terraced, neighborhood park will lead you through a series of formal and informal outdoor spaces, defined by lush plantings and anchored by a classic pavilion.
White Clover Pocket Park
Featuring three labyrinths of concentric, green walls to be established with Virginia creeper vines. The park includes a fenced “green” and small groves of native American beech and Bald cypress trees.
White Oak Tree House
Our rustic White Oak Tree House is perched in the canopy of a venerable oak. It features a handicapped access ramp to an elevated viewing platform framing a vista of Bull Run Mountains. It features a cabin, porch with swing and opportunities for creative play.
Wild Plum Pocket Park
Located in a clearing near a grand old oak tree, this park will have a tot lot and picnic area where neighbors can meet while children explore.
Hidden Meadow Event Field & Group Campground
Surrounded by dense red cedars, this hidden field is an ideal setting for community events, and for large families and other groups to experience camping adventures within the 'wilds of Willowsford.'
Spring Peeper Pond
Spring Peeper Pond is a man-made wetland that cleans and manages stormwater and provides habitat for native plants and animals. It is a great place to observe and photograph nature.
